Thursday, 11th of January 2024 will stand out as one of the most memorable days for the Owoyemis, as the head of the family, Otunba Funsho Owoyemi marked his 70th birthday.
The event celebrated at the Queen Park Event Centre at Victoria Island, Lagos was marked with pomp and pageantry with people from all over the country gathered to celebrate the accounting guru.
Some of the people who graced the occasion are Chief Kola Jamodu, former Minister of Trade and Industry, chief Yemi Ogunbiyi, who was the chairman of the occasion, Eniola Bello, managing director of ThisDay Newspaper, Otunba Samuel Owa among others.
The carnival-like event also witnessed the coming of Okun people in their numbers to show appreciation and solidarity for the support they have been getting from Otunba Owoyemi over the years.
