Foundation Takes Free Medical Treatment To Grassroots

 Hundreds of the people of Atiran community in the Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State has benefitted from free medical exercise organized by Olorunshola Omotayo Foundation.

 The founder of the foundation, Olorunshola Omotayo, explained that the purpose of the exercise is to give back to the community and assist people to get treatment for their ailments. 

 He added that the foundation decided to organized the exercise to complement government’s effort in a bid to bring heath care delivery more closer to the people at the grassroots in the state.

 The programme according to him cut across various ailments that affect human body and were treated freely as the people were given free drugs.

 Ailments treated include; High Blood Pressure, Sugar level, Diabetes and eyes problem among other ailments at the programme.

The founder, noted that the programme was also to contribute his own quota to the vulnerable people whom in one way or the other battled with different ailments.

 

However, the Alatiran of Atiran Oba, Issa Aremu Olaleye in his remarks called on well-to-do individuals in the society to emulate Olorunshola Omotayo in helping the vulnerable people in the rural areas in Nigeria.

He equally praised the foundation for her efforts at ensuring quality healthcare delivery to the grassroots and appealed for more intervention from others.

 Commending the foundation on behalf of beneficiaries, Razaq Asorire, expressed gratitude to the organizer for the good gesture and for taking such programme to them, saying they would continue to be grateful to the foundation.
