The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) said it is experiencing grid system outage which has made it not to be able to serve it customers in Niger, Kogi and Nasarawa States as well as a significant portion of the entire Federal Capital Territory.
According to the company the incident which occurred at about 12 noon yesterday made it to receive just about 20MW as against the over 400MW that it has been receiving in recent times.
It therefore appealed to its customers to be patient and do promise that supply will be restored to it franchise area as soon as there is significant improvement in our allocation.
