Universal McCann Media Limited has secured ISO 9001:2015 certification, becoming one of Nigeria’s first advertising agencies to achieve the internationally recognised quality management standard.
The certification, issued by TNV, formally recognises the agency’s quality management system and affirms that its operational processes meet global benchmarks for consistency, efficiency, continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Dated July 9, 2026, the certification was formally presented to Universal McCann Media by TNV Group, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s drive to strengthen its operational standards and position itself for sustained growth in Nigeria’s increasingly competitive marketing communications industry.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. It provides a framework for organisations to establish consistent processes, improve operational efficiency, manage risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
For Universal McCann, the certification provides independent validation of the systems underpinning its media planning, strategy development, campaign execution and broader marketing communications operations.
