Good morning! As some construction work may still be going on, it means commissioning will still have to be done. This will take at least 3 months. But, from what I have heard, the rehabilitation is practically completed. People therefore need not worry. We shall get products from the Plant pretty soon, speaking as a Refinery Manager, that is! I cannot be categorically assertive because I have not been there. —-Industry stakeholder
Port Harcourt Refinery is scheduled to come onstream this December.
