Atiku Accuses Supreme Court Of Legalizing Forgery, Says He Is Not Going Away

The presidential flag bearer of People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has said that he is not going away and accused the Supreme Court of legalizing Forgery.

He stated this on Monday at the Abuja national secretariat of the PDP. He said, “I won’t go away. If you think I will go away, forget it.”

What he means by that statement is yet to be understood but some people are already interpreting it to mean, he is still planning to contest in 2027.

The PDP candidate insisted that he won the February 25 presidential election, saying that “history will vindicate me”, adding, “what the Supreme Court did by its judgment, was to say that crime is good and should be rewarded.”

The Supreme Court had on Thursday, October 26, dismissed the appeal filed by Atiku and the PDP for lack of merit.

He had filed an appeal at the apex court challenging an earlier verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) which upheld the victory of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
